David W. Martin was born and raised in Fort Mill, South Carolina before attending Coastal Carolina University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Political Science. At CCU, he also played Quarterback for the Chanticleer’s football team, was a member of the Political Science National Honor Society, Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, and Phi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.

After graduation, David was immersed in his career with the South Carolina Family Courts, where his true passion for creating solutions for families in need became his driving force to do more for our South Carolina communities.

David enrolled at the Charlotte School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate before joining in Rock Hill, South Carolina to expand his legal representation skills in personal injury law, and civil litigation.

To further his dedication to the people of South Carolina, David has partnered with some of the state’s sharpest legal minds in the state to provide leadership and dedicated representation in Personal Injury Law practice areas so our residents have local access to the legal care and confidence they deserve.

DANIEL EVANS

Attorney

Daniel Evans was born in Statesville, North Carolina and moved around with his family, from Michigan to Georgia, before finally settling in upstate South Carolina. Daniel attended Southern Wesleyan University and graduated with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration. After his undergraduate degree, Daniel went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Daniel interned with the Assistant United States Attorney’s Office in Greenville and the National Indian Country Team with the Assistant United States Attorney’s Office in Columbia.

After graduating from law school, Daniel has worked with the South Carolina Department of Social Services and a general litigation law practice, primarily focusing on estate planning.

Now, Daniel acts as one of the leading lawyers here at David W. Martin Accident & Injury Lawyers. He primarily works out of our Greenville office, focusing on cases in the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson Counties. He is, however, licensed to practice throughout the whole state of South Carolina.

Vivian Parker

Case Manager

Vivian Parker is the personal injury case manager at David W. Martin Law Group. She has advocated for injured parties for over 25 years by working with personal injury law firms in New Jersey, North Carolina and South Carolina. She began her career as a receptionist in a law firm while in college and soon after, she was moved to a legal assistant position in the personal injury department. The rest is history. She is capable of handling every aspect of a personal injury case from opening a case to settlement and to preparing for trial. Her career consists of maintaining positions as a Case Manager, Translator, Legal Administrator, Supervising Paralegal and Medical Management Coordinator.

Vivian was born and raised in New Jersey to South American parents rendering her bilingual in Spanish. She can speak, read and write in Spanish which brings an added value for our Latino clients. She is a graduate of Rutgers University – Newark of New Jersey and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.

Vivian joined David W. Martin Law Group in April of 2021 and is looking forward to being part of the firm’s continued growth and success.
